This is our first ceramic design from Jingdezhen, China. Jingdezhen has been producing ceramics for at least 1000 years. Now there are many artists from different places concentrated there learning the ancient traditional ceramic making skills but also creating a new collective of creative ceramic work that they’ve put their soul into.

The first artist is Jiaqiu, her design is centered around a character called Kankan.
Kankan’s face is made from 3 dots a perfect distance from each other to make a face and Jiaqiu’s goal was to allow you to see the face from any direction, but slight differences make each face display a subtle but different emotion.
